He is survived by: his stepsons, Mike Plemons (Connie) and Chris Plemons (Jenny); his siblings, Wayne Downs (Theresa) and Jan Absher (Myra Stewart); and his stepgrandchildren, Eric Plemons (Holly) and Brittney McNutt (Brandon).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Peck Funeral Home Chapel (1600 Hwy 31 SW, Hartselle, AL 35640).
