He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Thomas Borden and Allie Bell Morgan Borden; his daughter Allie Denise Borden; and his siblings, Jackie Borden, Roger Borden, Donald Borden and Carolyn Cottingham.

He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Borden; his sons, Stanley Ray Borden, Jr. (Robin), Zackrey Lynn Borden (Cassandra), David Cannon and Thomas Cannon; and his siblings, Thomas Borden (Susan), Brenda James, Debra James, Clara Lang and Mary Loise.
