He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Henry Mayo and Willie Burr Bearden Mayo. He is survived by: his wife Penny Mayo; his children, Jeremy Mayo and Samantha Mayo; and his siblings, Ray Martin and Sheila Dupree.
