He is survived by: his mother Betty Ruth Webb Widner; his wife Tabatha Widner; his sons, Devin Cook (Penelope), Drake Cook and Gage Widner; his siblings, Tim Widner (Terry) and Wendy Widner; his parents-in-law, Diane Avery (Danny) and Kent Pilkington (Terri); his brother-in-law Joseph Pilkington; and his nieces, Kayla Widner and Kennedi White (Cohen).
