She was predeceased by: her parents, William Claude Stephenson and Lizzie Stephenson (Stockton); her son Frankie Mullins; her grandson Jacob Mullins; and her siblings, Leon Stephenson, John A. Stephenson, Vivian Suggs, Sarah Aldridge, Reba Brown, Martha Ann Brown, Peggy Stephenson Webster and Claudette Stephenson.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey L. Mullins; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Crowe (Tyler), Whitney Mullins, Lynn Mullins (Anna) and Spencer Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Barrett, Conrad and Truett.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial donations be made to Aveanna Hospice or to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
