She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorell Bonard Mooneyham and Lola Lee Goree Mooneyham; her husband Jack Sandlin; her son Lee Sandlin; her daughter-in-law Teresa Sandlin; and her brother Joe Mooneyham.
She is survived by: her son Lance Sandlin; her brother John Mooneyham (Marilyn); her granddaughter Emily Northington Erin Sandlin (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Mary Northington, Stanford Northington, Lily Franks, Jack Franks and Nora Franks.
In lieu of flowers: Family requests memorial donations to Hospice of North Alabama or to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
