She is survived by: her husband Andrew Joseph "AJ" Perez III; her mother Carol Samples; her grandmother Carol Page; her parents-in-law, Andy and Tara Perez; her brother-in-law Aidan; her aunt Shannon Knight (James); her uncles, Kevin Page, Mike Anderson and Scott Page; and her cousin Amber McLemore (Wes).
