She was predeceased by : her parents, Lucian Willoughby (Boots) and Laura Wright Willoughby (Dolly); her brother Lawrence Warner Willoughby (Gene); and her spouse Gene Thomas Smith. She is survived by : her children, Kim Smith (Teresa), Karen Smith Whiteley (Raymond), Kevin Smith (Martie), Keith Smith (Johnnie) and Kelly Smith. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
