He was predeceased by: his fathers, James Talbert and Cecil Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Susan Wittendorfer Talbert; his children, Jennifer Talbert Dickson (James), James Levern Talbert (Emily), LeBaron Daniel Talbert (Danielle) and Grant Joseph Talbert (Maegan); and his siblings, Amelia Yokley, Shelia Newton and Tim Talbert. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
