She was predeceased by: her husband David Earl Henderson; and her parents, Cecil Hudson and Leanoa Hudson. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Smith (Ricky); her grandchildren, Scarlett Smith (Chase), Amanda Riddle (Greg), Cortney Owen (David) and Richard Austin Smith; her great grandchildren, Mac, Baylor, Avery Addeline, Finley and Dylan; and her brother Perry Hudson. She is also survived by many loving cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mount Zion Baptist Church Building Fund in memory of Jan Henderson.
