He is survived by: his wife Deborah Teal; his children, Jeffrey Teal of Panama City, Priscilla Collins of Olympia, Susan Witham of McDonough and Jacqlyn Sabrina Teal of Madison, Alabama.; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Collins of Seattle, Cameron Collins of Savannah, Georgia, Evan Witham of Roswell and LT Logan Witham of Dupont; his daughters, Linette Blackburn of Glen Burnie, MD and Heather Blackburn of Dahlonega, GA; his granddaughter Colleen Newkam of Glen Burnie, MD.; and also Carter Collins of Savannah.
