She was predeceased by: her spouse Retired Sergeant Major Franklin D.; her parents, Fred Smith and Myrtle Smith; her brother Arthur of Athens, TN; her husband Franklin Vaughn; and her daughters, Brenda Lowe and Tracy Dyess.
She is survived by: her son David (Teresa); her grandchildren, Ethan (Paige), Colton and Mazie; her great grandchild Everly; and her siblings, Glen Smith (Nora), Kay Bivens and Karen Haney (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and very dear friends.
