He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Doty and Harold Doty; his brother Gary Doty; his nephew Brian Doty; and his brother-in-law Jack Hill (Andy).
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Doty (Cindy); his mother-in-law Bettye Ruth Hill; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Hendrix (Larry), Connie Taylor (Doug) and Cheryl Hill; his nieces, Gina Doty, Renee Doty, Rachael Russell (Patrick), Tricia Rhodes (Spencer) and Angela Perez (Nic); and his nephew Evan Hendrix. He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and close family friends.
