He is survived by: his mother Millie Corrine Thomas; his wife Melody Carol Thomas; his children, Donald Wayne Holladay (Nachole), Dana Jean Thomas Mayo (James Smith) and Cristy Lynn Thomas (David Matthews); his grandchildren, Phillip Wayne Holladay, Owen Patrick Holladay, Tommy Dale Mayo, Dylan James Smith, James Ray Thomas, James Aaron Smith and Jasmine Nachole Harmon; and his siblings, James David Thomas and Gloriett Ann Bearden. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
