He was predeceased by: his father Steven Allen Thomas; his sister Stephanie Lynn Thomas; and his grandparents, Onis and Imogene Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Tara Bridgmon; his mother Rhonda Lynn Thomas; his grandmother Bonnie Jean Thomas; and his aunts and uncles, Annette Gunter (Danny), Donna Dodd (Barry), Pam Adams (Ricky), Phillip Horton (Freida), Mark Malone (Dawn), Mike Malone and Eck Rogers. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Blount County Animal Shelter.
