He is survived by: his wife Clara Dee Williams; his children, Jesse James Williams Jr. of Hampton, GA, Maurice (Darlene) and Brenda Cotman of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Nakia Johnson (VA), Jessica Johnson (VA), Rashad Rogers (VA), Rasheda, India Sawyer (NC), Khalee Prothro (VA), Jesse Williams III and Codie Williams (GA); his brother Roosevelt Williams (AL); and his friend Jesse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
