She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alva Moncrief of Letohatchee and Rebecca Lucile Stockard Moncrief of Fleta; her cousin Honey Moncrief Holmes; her former husband Walter Elbert Harrell, Jr.; her in-laws, Walter Elbert and Gladys Sanders Harrell; her husband Thomas Benjamin Blake; and her stepdaughter Annie Blake Mitchell.

She is survived by: her children, John Elbert Harrell (Ann), Rebecca Sanders Harrell and Susan Harrell Mann (Marty); her stepdaughters, Sarah Meadows (Bill) and Becky Kellum; and her grandchildren, Margaret Ann Harrell, James Wesley Harrell (Aeron), Davis Martin Mann and Trenton Harrell Mann. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
