He is survived by: his parents, Shannon Means (Jeff Means) and John Phipps; his daughter Paisley Taylor Phipps; his siblings, Shawna Lazzari, Lucas Means and Kalen Thrasher; and his grandmother Dean Anderson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
