She is survived by: her sons, Don Underwood (Kim) and Brian Underwood; her grandchildren, Halley Caldwell, Jeffery Underwood, Lyndon Underwood, Dylon Underwood, Kaleb Underwood and Kelsey Underwood; and her siblings, Brenda Smith (Wayne) and Danny Whitt (Sandra). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
