He is survived by: his wife Betty Woodard; his mother-in-law Louise Clutts; his children, Christina Farmer (David), Lesley Woodard, Shaun Woodard (Elisha) and William Woodard (Jazzy); his brothers, Ty Woodard (Johnny), John Woodard (Sherry) and Ronny Woodard (Carla); his siblings-in-law, Sheryl Woodard, Debbie Woodard, Kim Woodard, Suzanne Woodard, Crystal Seibert (Scott), Jimmy Clutts and Billy Clutts (Diane); and his grandchildren, Allison (Brandon), David, Chris, Michael (Raven), Emily, Amelia, Katie, Jada, Jasmine, Jordan (Tammy), Miranda, Alyssa, James, Marie of Natalie, CJ, Dakota, Remi', Kevin and Anthony. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends.
