He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lester of Hazel Green, AL; his children, Gwen Hillard (James) of Virgina Beach, VA, Virginia Johnson of Huntsville, AL and Joe Rickard (Susan) of Huntsville, AL; his brother Stephen Lester (Norma) of Millstadt; and his friend Candy Humphreys of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
