He is survived by: his wife Ann Richardson Wilburn; his children, Teddy Ray Wilburn (Mary Jane) and Shelia Wilburn Long; his siblings, Bettie Whaley and Earl Wilburn of Lick Skillet; his grandchildren, Timothy Wilburn (Kim), Brooke Wilburn (Tawni), Whitney Long and Jordan Long; and his friend Harvey "Buster" Greenway. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
