M. Sullivan; his aunt Linda Sullivan Hallman; his stepson Jeremy Thompson (Lindsay Thompson); his stepgrandchildren, Grady and Eden Thompson; his stepson Josh Thompson (Jennifer Thompson); and his stepgrandchildren, Julia, Jordan Jenna and Jackson Thompson.
