He is survived by: his wife Martha Ballard; his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Kevin Botta Sr.; his children, Rebecca Ballard and Raymond Ballard Jr.; his daughter-in-law Ashley McComb; his grandchildren, Kevin Botta Jr. (Sara Meyner), Jessica Botta, Raynia Ballard and Rayshad Ballard; his siblings, Jim Finn (Gale), Bonnie Kebler (Chuck), Donna Stockwell (Emerson), John Ballard (Ginny) and Pat Cotes (Merv); and his sibling-in-law Shirley Ruth Baggett (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and members of his church family.
