With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Pigg of Hazel Green, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Pigg and Alberta "Birdie" McBride Pigg; his son Gregory Lee Pigg; and his siblings, Edward Pigg, Bradley Pigg, David Pigg, Jackie Pigg, Inez Miller, Agnes Elliff, Margie Owens and Diane Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jones Pigg; his daughter Gina Hopkins; his grandson Mitchell Hartzell; and his sister Wanda Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of North Alabama.
