He is survived by: his wife Melanie Bates; his sons, Dale and Enzo; his stepchildren, Landon, Samantha and Ashley; his granddaughters, Preslee, Lilly, Adalyn and Deanna; his siblings, Jerry Bates, Kenneth Bates, Glenn Bates and Kathy Tucker; and his nieces, Ashley, Sara, Hannah, Brooke and Chelsea.
