He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartley Sr. Jenkins and Lorene Jenkins; his sister Linda Jenkins; and his son-in-law Rickey Stafford. He is survived by: his children, Roy Allen, Jr., Donna Webb (Jeff) and Angie Stafford; his grandchildren, Lindsay Boffa (Ryan Hargis), Aimee Katherine Saxman (Geoffrey), Shelby Hogan (Ryan), Jenkins Tyler Schultz, Lauren "Sissy" Schultz, Kendall Stafford and Hunter Stafford; his great grandchildren, Zachary Boffa, Olivia Boffa, Adrian Guzy, Bodhi Hargis, Alice Saxman, Ellison Hogan and Merritt Hogan; and his siblings, Alice Ivey (Curtis) of Billy, Lena Rosenblum, Ruby Viner (Edward), Janice Quillin, Jerry Jenkins, Cindy Holt (Joe) and Judy Carol Jenkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
