She was predeceased by: her parents, James K. Taylor and Reva Taylor; and her brother James Allen "Bubba" Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Maranda Flynt (Larry Beard), Jessica Gurley (Dennis Taylor) and Anna Gurley; her grandchildren, Deven Beard (Danielle Thompson), Alexus Beard (Blake League), Madison Stewart Townsend (Christopher), Dakota Woods (Coltin Griffith) and Levi Gurley; her great grandchildren, Lake-Leigh Hale, Oakley Beard, Deven Chevelle Beard, Ryder Beard and Dayson Taylor League; and her sisters, Janice Bates and Mozell Painter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
