He is survived by: his children, Thomas Phillips (Elander) of Kansas City, MO, Gail Phillips of Hot Springs, AR and Tammy McGuire (Ken) of Hazel Green, AL.. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
