We announce the death of John Damon Glover (Headland, Alabama), who passed away on July 1, 2026, at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his father Alfred D. Glover; and his siblings, Mary Glover, Joyce Glover McNealey, Alfred Glover, Jr. and Walter Glover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Anne Glover of Amsterdam, Simone Glover of Amsterdam, Sonja Glover of Amsterdam and Molly Ann Britt of Dothan, AL; his siblings, Patricia Jackson (James) of Newville, AL, Rose Boobie Fambro (Michael) of Hampton, GA, Tyrone Glover (Teresa) of Rancho Cucamonga, Wendell Glover and Larry Glover (Martha) of Headland, AL; and his foster brother Johnny Hollis. He is also survived by grandchildren; a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
