He is survived by: his wife Rebecca'Becky'Smith of Headland, AL; his son Michael Campbell (Jessica); his siblings, Janice Smith, Gayle Simmons, Susan Kincaid (Jeffery), Jerome Smith (Sherri) and Steve Smith; and his grandchildren, Jazman, Austin, Jaylee and Jordan. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
