She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Floyd Bynum; her daughter Merle Brown; her grandson Wayne Brown; her grandson-in-law Tim Temples; her stepdaughter Linda Milligan; and her siblings, Mae Gulledge, Claudia Segars, Robert Gulledge, Willie Gulledge, George Ellis Gulledge and Fred Gulledge.
She is survived by: her son William Floyd Bynum (Joy); her son-in-law William C. Brown of Blakely, GA; and her grandchildren, Scott Brown (Wanda), Gail Temples, Robert Bynum (Cynthia) and Rose Marie Pritt (Charles). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
