He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Eugene Spencer and Geneva Gerry Reynolds Spencer; his wife Cindy Spencer; and his brother Tim Spencer. He is survived by : his girlfriend Kimberly Bearden; his children, Amanda Spencer Smith (Paul) and Barry Anthony Spencer, II; his stepchildren, Raylee Spencer, Mara Bell and Tate Bell (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Dakota Rehberg, Devin Rehberg, Sierra Rehberg, Destin Smith, Daelin Smith, Drayton Smith, Juniper Star Rehberg, Skyler Hice and Isaiah Spencer; his stepgrandchildren, Taytum Bell, Tucker Bell and A. J. Burdick; his great grandchild Maverick Rehberg; and his siblings, Pam Rigby (Daryl), Angela Crawley and Jody Spencer (Gretchen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
