He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammie Turner and Cecil Turner. He is survived by: his children, Magen McCarley (Keaton), Chloe Turner (Mitch), Kenadie Turner, Simone Sims (Josh), Kari Greeleaf (Antonio) and Levi Greenleaf (Brooklyn); his wife Tammy Turner; and his siblings, Terry Turner (Jeanelle), David Turner (Sherry), Faye Turner, Joey Turner (Misty), Lisa Herb (Chuck) and Mike Ogletree (Debbie).
