She was predeceased by : her husband Paul Sapp; her parents, Mildred Truett and Frank Truett; and her children, Tambra Bailey and Shane Suggs.
She is survived by : her children, Pamela Rhoads (Harold), Kimberly Buchanan (Donnie), Scott Bailey (Shawn) and Gary Suggs; and her siblings, Margaret Finch, Rebecca Laxon and Timothy Truett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
