Fordham (Susan), Ronald Fordham and Evon Fordham Hyatt; his stepchildren, Sheila Massey, Teresa Gay (Terry), Sandra Phillips and Gary Phillips; his grandchildren, Audrea Hilburn (Mark), Loni Austin (Chad), Jonathan and Justin Fordham (Emily); his great grandchildren, Cori Austin, Kyree Hilburn, Carlee Austin, Harper Jo Fordham, Eli and Layla Lovvorn; his stepgrandchildren, Sharon DeBlasis (Tony), Chris Gay (Katie), Kevin Gay (Eva), Alan Gay (Megan), John Azar (Leigh) and Jason Azar (Lindsey); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Chandler, Avery, Ashlyn, Alley, Corbin, Camden, Carter, Lily, Sophia, Kayla and Ethan; his grandchildren, Oliver, Hezekiah, Mark Hilburn, Chad Austin, Tim Bowden, Rex Nolen, Ricky Hale and Darman Wallace; and his friend Clifton Hale.
