He was predeceased by: his wife B. J. Mullally; his son Mark Mullally; and his brother K. V. Mullally. He is survived by: his children, JoJo Mullally and Joe Mullally; and his sister Tiny Mullally. He is also survived by Grandchildren - 4 Pallbearers will be family and friends.
