He was predeceased by: his wife Edna. He is survived by: his children, Connie Jackson (Rich) of Tallassee, AL, Donald David Wade of Centreville, AL and Ronald Wayne Wade (Jeanette) of Helena, AL; and his daughter-in-law Cathy Wade of Helena, AL. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
