He was predeceased by: his father Fred Holcomb; and his brother Fred Rutledge Holcomb Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Holcomb; and his children, Brandon Holcomb (Emily), Brittany Bryant (Seth) and Josh Nance.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Rainsville Funeral Home (498 McCurdy Ave N, Rainsville, AL 35986). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
