She is survived by: her children, Kim Fulghum Holkem (David), Margaret Fulghum Seals (John), John Raymond Fulghum and William Scott Fulghum (Lori); her grandchildren, Donald Dye, Jeana Scroggins, Chris Fulghum (Amanda), Savanna Holkem, Carissa Holkem, Harley Fulghum, Brodey Fulghum (Maddi), Cody Fulghum (Lindsay), Xander Shipman, Kerri Anna Seals and Khloe Fulghum; and her great grandchildren, Walker Fulghum, Mason Fulghum and Adeon Boyce.
