Diaz is survived by: wife Pearl Frost; sons, Dee Frost Jr. (Nancy), Wesley Frost (Tammy) and Heath Frost; grandchildren, Jonnie, Austin, Carson, Kaleb and Brooke; great grandchildren, Skyla, Ava, Ace and Townes; and sister Annis Graham. Diaz is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the New Home Baptist Church (3019 Co Rd 61, Pisgah, AL 35765).
