She was predeceased by: her parents, Edd Lee and Ollie Mae Kerby Wade; her husbands, Boyd Tanner and Hubert Phillips; her close friend Jessie Allen; and her children, Tammy Phillips, Kimberly Phillips Grimme, Scotty Phillips, Bruce Phillips and William Shelton Tanner.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Tanner Overdear, Angela Phillips Grimme, Teresa Phillips Sewell (Randy), Laura Tanner, Butch Tanner (Charlotte) and Keith Phillips; her sons-in-law, Val "Tim" Grimme and Jerry Grimme; her grandchildren, Jeff Overdear (Tara), Ryan Grimme (Whitney), Gencie Thurmond Belmonte (Carlos), Jessica Grimme McGee and Preston Grimme (Caitlyn); her great grandchild Samantha Overdear; and her grandchildren, Harper, Bodhi, Dalen Belmonte, Ellie, Molly McGee, Kimber, Tilda, Tanner Grimme, Stella and Declan Grimme.
