She is survived by: her husband John Max Keith; her sons, Gene Richards (Tammy), Kevin Gass, Greg Gass and Jeff Gas; her brother Hershel Hawkins; and her stepson Allan Keith (Laura). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
