He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubie Hoyt Joiner and Sara Paulette Bryant Joiner; his sister Debra Gilliam; and his grandparents, Conway, Bertie Joiner, Sam and Dolly Bryant.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Joiner; his children, Jacob Joiner (Derica), Joshua Joiner (Haley), Jonathan Joiner (Jesse), Alyssa Joiner and Kelleigh Joiner; and his sister Donna Rene. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and a great-niece.
