He was predeceased by: his wife Jewell Matthews; his parents, Luther Roy and Johnnie C. Beaird; his daughters, Linda Beaird and Susan Loudermilk; and his siblings, Lester Beard, Elbert Beaird, Arthur Beaird, Eunice Phillips, Ethel Brannon, Ruth Akin and Jane Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Little (Buddy), Ann Whitten (Lamar) and David Beaird; his grandchildren, Michelle Rogers (Ben), Stephanie Burch (Jay), Mindy Wofford (Lee), Daniel Little, Jason Loudermilk (Ashley), Bradley Loudermilk (Kinley), Amanda Morgan (Michael), Kaitlyn Loudermilk, Kristen Bailey (Seth) and Emily Waugh (Daniel); his great grandchildren, BreAnna Baugh, Myriah Ball, Jai Rogers, Baylee Rogers (Addison), Austin Smith, Ethan Burch, Emma Burch, Zach Wofford, Courtney Wofford, Natalie Wofford, Alex Wofford, Alysha Little, Tyler Little, Mikey Loudermilk, Alexis Loudermilk, Dustin Loudermilk, Lillian Loudermik, Emma Loudermilk, Parker Bailey, Hannah Waugh, MaKayla Waugh, Tucker Morgan and Alivia Morgan; and his great great grandchildren, Kayden Ellison, Koen Shrader and J. J. Pratt.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the W. T Wilson Funeral Chapel (2226 Main St Shiloh, Rainsville, AL 35986). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
