She was predeceased by: her parents, Deward Smith and Flora Smith; and her siblings, Willard Smith, Billy Smith, Marzell Gilbreath and Linda Ott.
She is survived by: her husband Truman Cushen of Henagar; her children, Charles Cushen of Grant and Candace Bryan (Danny) of Henagar; her sister Charlotte Lea (Donnie) of Henagar; and her grandchildren, Amanda Foote (Kevin) of South Carolina, Tori Bryan, JT Bryan of Henagar and Katie Bryan of Rainsville. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
