She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Culpepper. She is survived by: her husband Lindsey Baine of Chattanooga, TN; her son Nathaniel George Swafford of Scottsboro; her father Bill Culpepper of East Ridge, TN; and her brother Ronald Culpepper of Rosalie.
