She was predeceased by : her parents, Olen York and Lura Adams York; her sister Shelia Wilbanks (Charles); and her brother-in-law Charles Hawkins. She is survived by : her husband Hermon Spivey; her sons, Labron Spivey (Kay) and Chris Spivey (May); her siblings, Dennis York (Barbra), Terry York (Patricia), Randall York (Cynthia) and Hilda Smith (Toby); her grandchildren, Courtney Spivey, Caillou Spivey (Ashley), Sarah Spivey and Crystal Spivey; her stepgrandsons, Carl Wall (Stephanie) and Corey Wall; and her caregivers, Ashley Hulgan, Heather and Deb of Hospice. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
