She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wayne Sampley Sr.; her children, Bryan Sampley (Kara), David Sampley (Emilie), Brandon Sampley (Sydney), Jerry Sampley Jr. (Cassandra), Terri Edwards (Phillip) and Joey Sampley; her grandchildren, Devon, Kayla, Isabella (Will), Taylor, Anna, Jasmine (Owen), Skylar, Aiden, Conner, David, Aubrey, Michael, Gage, Ellie, Kendall, Sawyer and LakeLynn; her great grandchildren, TJ, Everly, Emberleigh and Clay; her siblings, Mary Ann Lumley (Gary), Jeanne Register (Lane), Lynn Sexton (Scott), Earl Rhodes (Sharon) and Robert Lumley; and her siblings-in-law, Angeline Frazier and Lafayette Sampley (Ann). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
