He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey "JD" Miller and Nancy Kate Brackins Miller; and his siblings, Joanne Anderson (Frank) and George Brackins. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Miller; his children, Tiffany Miller, JC Ogle (Kristin), Whitney Croy (Markie), Libbie Hobbs (Tyler), Arthur Cogdill (Tiffany) and Tonya Ivey (Michael); his grandchildren, Justice, Samuel, Elijah, Alec, Asher, Liam, Brooklynn, Emilee, Alexis, Akeyla, Aliyah and Akiyra; his great grandchildren, Ophelia and Paisley; and his siblings, Gary Brackins (Patricia), Jerry Shults (Liz), Tracy McGill (David), Candy Brown (Jerry), Tammy Miller (Jim Drinnon) and Cathy Douglas (Scott). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
